We want you to be happy with your purchase! We understand that there are risks and uncertainties involved in online shopping, so we will gladly accept refunds or exchanges on all of our products.

All we ask is that returned items must be unopened and returned with its original packaging within 60 days of purchase. Final sale items can not be returned.

Return shipping costs for buyer’s remorse are not refundable. We can supply you with a return shipping label or you can provide your own. If you choose to use a shipping label from Zeycostume, $10 will be deducted from your refund to cover the shipping label cost.

Return shipping cost will not be charged on returns due to damage or seller mistake. Please contact us directly at support@zeycostume.com regarding damaged puzzles.

Here are the cases that we could provide return or replace service:

1.Products received are defective, missing or wrong. zeycostume.com will provide a new one for free.
2.Products are made in wrong size which is determined that we made the error. We will make a new one in correct size after confirming your measurements.
3.Products are totally different from description. zeycostume.com could provide new one or refund. Please notice a little different of color between photos and actual products couldn’t be avoid. Refund or return service can’t be allowed in this case.

Here are the conditions which return/replacement is not accepted:

1.Products that have been used or washed

2.Products that smell of cigarette smoke or perfume

3.Products with stains or badly damaged

4.Products made in wrong sizes because of customers providing wrong size. In this case, customer has the option to keep the origin products and purchase a new one with a discount.

5.Products not delivered because of customers providing wrong address.

Below are the detailed instructions on how to process a return or exchange. Please see whether either of these pertain to you and if the item(s) are covered by our return policy within 30 days of receipt.

Order Cancellation
1. Cancellation Before Dispatch:
·Cancellation within 24 hours: Free of charge, full refund.
·Cancellation after 24 hours: 50% of the item fee charged. The remaining 50% of the item fee and shipping costs will be refunded after cancellation.
·Note: Custom products cannot be cancelled once production has started.

2. Cancellation After Dispatch:
Unfortunately, due to international logistics constraints, we are unable to cancel orders that have already been dispatched.

For cancellation requests, please contact us via email rather than social private chat. Thank you for your understanding.

The following reasons are COVERED by our Return/Exchange Policy. (Within 60 days of receipt)

It arrived wrong item/color.
It arrived damaged or in defective quality.
If we make it in the wrong size.
It arrived with missing parts.
Packages were get lost in transit after being confirmed with the shipping company.

The following reasons are NOT covered by our Return/Exchange Policy.

Special sale items(lucky bag), Clearance items(Final Sale), and gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.
Products were made in the wrong size due to customers providing the wrong sizes.
Worn, used, stained, trimmed wigs, altered items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Products were destroyed or returned due to failure to sign for receipt in time.
Outside of 60 days of receipt.
